Before You Book

All tour payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We require travel insurance to ensure you are protected in the event of a medical or family emergency. If you need to cancel for a covered reason, you can file a claim with your travel insurance.

Because we confirm our tours in advance, and only offer 22 spots on the tours, we do require an upfront deposit to secure your spot, and it is non-refundable upon payment. Unless the trip is cancelled by us, in which case you would receive a full refund

Once you have put a deposit down on a specific tour date, we are unable to change you to a different date unless your tour is postponed or canceled.

Each of our tours has different costs and therefore offers a unique payment schedule. You do not have to pay the full amount upfront; we only request a 25% initial deposit payment and remainder is due 60 days before the trip starts. This is subject to change depending on the tour cost and date of booking, but the information will be provided to you prior to booking.

We carefully curate all of our tours, and because they are unique, completely custom, and bespoke experiences, we can’t guarantee future tour dates—so we recommend booking as soon as possible in order to secure your spot. Our trips usually sell out in the first 2 months of release, but even if there are spots remaining, we close bookings 90 days before trip starts.

We run tours based on a minimum occupancy of 8 - 22 females plus you r host and local tour operator. We keep our group sizes low, so you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more one-on-one personal attention from our local guides and experts.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do sections of our tours. However, some of our longer tours have optional add-ons

The cost of airfare is not included in the tour price. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from start and end destinations of the tour.

We are able to accommodate requests for vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free diets as well as food allergies. Please keep in mind that we are dining at restaurants most of the time. We cater to dietary requirements to our best ability and always communicate and confirm in advance, but we don’t always have control over what food is being supplied or is available. We ask the tour participants to please also be mindful of your own dietary requirements when ordering at restaurants and to carry snacks (if needed) to avoid disappointment. There may be times that we are traveling in remote areas and such dietary requirements cannot be met.

All our tours are based on double occupancy rooms in separate beds, single room upgrades can be made for an additional fee

We welcome solo and partnered travelers. The choice is completely YOURS!

Trips do not include:
o Flights
o Travel insurance - highly recommended. Please obtain your own travel insurance. We recommend using World Nomads. Please research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that covers both trip cancellation and medical coverage abroad.
o Visas and vaccinations - Please check visa entry requirements prior to booking.

o A tailored itinerary of each destination with new experiences and adventure-packed day trips and tours.
o Hotel accommodations
o Daily breakfast, some lunches and dinners are included according to each individual itinerary.
o Signature Travel Tribe Welcome and Farewell Dinners.
o Dietary needs are carefully considered for each trip.
o Friendly, knowledgeable and fun Trip Managers!
